1992 hardcover book, “A Grand Rapids Sampler” by. Gordon L. Olson. Published by the Grand Rapids Historic Commission in 1992. Gordon Olson was appointed Grand Rapids Michigan city historian in 1978. In that capacity, he is responsible for collection and preserving documents and photographs that depict the city’s history, and producing various types of materials and programs that tell the city’s story. The dust jacket does show wear from age and use, a few small tears. Binding is solid, clean book, no odors. The original owners name is written on inside page, it was a gift. Book measures approximately 12.25” x 9.25”.
